Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping people find their dream homes. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Proven track record of being a quick learner, eager to absorb new information and apply it effectively. • Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn and maintain accurate client records. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through regular training sessions. Compensation: $120,500 - $198,200 yearly
