Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. • Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their requirements. • Assist in managing real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your real estate knowledge and skills. • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to track leads and manage client interactions effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships in the community. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, showcasing your drive and determination. • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn and grow in this area. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success. • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for tracking leads and managing client interactions. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and transactions efficiently and effectively. Compensation: $125,500 - $197,400 yearly
