Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Conduct property showings and provide insightful information to prospective buyers. • Collaborate with our seasoned agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies. • Manage and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups. • Assist in preparing and presenting offers to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills. • Utilize provided leads to build and nurture a robust client network for future opportunities. Qualifications: • Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly). • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly. • Proven track record of being a proactive learner, eager to absorb new knowledge and skills. • Familiarity with real estate principles is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential. • Strong organizational skills to manage client databases and ensure timely follow-ups. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting and learning from peers. • Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage leads and client interactions. Compensation: $125,000 - $186,400 yearly
