Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and enhance your real estate knowledge. • Utilize provided leads to build a robust client base and foster long-term relationships. • Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their requirements. • Manage and organize your schedule to ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company strategies. • Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
