Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in person and through digital channels. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, showcasing your drive and determination. • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine, CA, is a plus. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared success. • Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage leads and track progress efficiently. Compensation: $152,500 - $250,000+ yearly at plan
