Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop and implement sales strategies. • Familiarity with the Bethesda-Frederick-Gaithersburg real estate market is a plus. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently is desirable. Compensation: $120,000 - $225,000 yearly
