You will have the opportunity to shadow seasoned agents, participate in group training, and get personalized coaching on a weekly basis. We also invest in our agents by developing their personalized success plan, supplying motivated leads, providing industry-leading technology, and access to our strategic coaching partnership. Being a real estate agent is a licensed position. If you have not started that process, we can help you get started on your licensing classes! This is a fully commission-based position Responsibilities: • Work in the office daily, Monday through Friday. • Obtain and maintain a real estate license. • Participate in team meetings and training. • Work with your direct coach to develop your success plan. • Learn everything involved in the real estate process. • Shadow-producing agents participate in open houses. • Build a pipeline of clients. • Negotiate on behalf of your clients. • Provide the highest level of service to your clients. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License or looking to obtain a license. • Highly motivated. • Willingness to be coachable. • Verbal and written communication skills. • Disciplined. • Organized and time management skills. • Able to dedicate 40+ hours a week to building your business. • Growth mindset. Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000+
