Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Assist clients in buying or selling properties under the guidance of experienced mentors. • Participate in shadowing opportunities to gain hands-on experience. • Attend weekly team meetings, in-person workshops, and training sessions to build foundational skills. • Work closely with mentors and coaches to develop your expertise in client relations and real estate transactions. • Utilize proven Twin Oaks systems and tools to generate leads and manage your business effectively. • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service. • Stay up-to-date on market trends and local real estate regulations. Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy • A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for real estate. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • A commitment to participating in training programs and shadowing opportunities. • Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn real estate tools. • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Compensation: Typical Agent Earnings: $50,000–$150,000+ Annually
