What you'll do: • Work company-generated leads from day one. • Convert buyers and sellers through consistent follow-up and genuine consultation. • Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients to closing. • Host two open houses per month. • Stay active in weekly coaching and training sessions. • Keep your pipeline and client notes clean in our CRM. What we're looking for: • A licensed Utah real estate agent with at least 2 completed transactions in the past year. • Someone coachable, competitive, and genuinely collaborative. • You're not looking for a place to hide, you're looking for a place to grow. What you'll earn: • Our agents average $3,877,777 in individual sales volume. • Top producers on the team earn well into six figures. • This is a commission-based role with a real earning infrastructure behind it. Responsibilities: • Work company-generated leads from Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, and OpCity • Convert leads into active clients through consistent follow-up and communication • Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand goals, motivation, and timeline • Show properties, write offers, and negotiate contracts that protect client interests • Advise clients on pricing, staging, and marketing strategies • Host two open houses per month to generate new business • Maintain accurate notes and updates in Brivity CRM • Participate in weekly coaching and team training sessions Qualifications: • An active Utah real estate license is required • Minimum 2 closed transactions in the past 12 months • Self-motivated with a drive to grow and follow a proven system • Strong communicator and confident negotiator • Coachable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement • Organized with solid time management and follow-through • Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools Compensation: $93,000–$116,000 + at plan commission
