Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Convert warm leads into active buyers, sellers, and loan clients • Prospect for new business through outbound efforts and relationship-building, using tried and true processes and systems • Support in the field by coordinating showings, property tours, and open houses • Work closely with the founder to learn advanced sales strategy, deal structure, and client management • Operate at a high level of accountability in a coaching-intensive environment • Use knowledge from the Founder's personal Development and Syndication businesses to drive client conversion Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technology driven • Great communication and social skills • You’re comfortable picking up the phone, meeting clients in person, and adapting on the fly Compensation: $112,000 - $142,000 yearly
