We’re looking for a charismatic, coachable, and highly driven Sales Production Partner to support the growth of a high-performing agent. You will work exclusively with his clients and develop new business using his systems; a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for top-level coaching and personal development. This is a structured, fast-paced role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of both real estate and mortgage deal structuring, multifamily investments, and tax and legal strategies—and get paid to do it. This role has a base salary and an extremely favorable bonus compensation structure. There will be a questionnaire and video response required after application submission. Responsibilities: • Convert warm leads into active buyers, sellers, and loan clients • Prospect for new business through outbound efforts and relationship-building, using tried and true processes and systems • Support in the field by coordinating showings, property tours, and open houses • Work closely with the founder to learn advanced sales strategy, deal structure, and client management • Operate at a high level of accountability in a coaching-intensive environment • Use knowledge from the Founder's personal Development and Syndication businesses to drive client conversion Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivation and drive • You’re comfortable picking up the phone, meeting clients in person, and adapting on the fly Compensation: $112,000 - $142,000 yearly
