Responsibilities: • Assist in generating leads through various channels to expand the client base. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective client management strategies. • Participate in property showings to gain hands-on experience in real estate transactions. • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on market trends and industry best practices. • Support the team in preparing and reviewing real estate documents and contracts. • Contribute to marketing efforts by helping to create and distribute promotional materials. • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base. Compensation: $160,000 at plan Commission
