Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls to provide information and arrange home tours across vibrant Seattle areas like Capitol Hill and Ballard. • Reach out to new leads weekly, using team-provided contacts to build trust and lasting connections. • Stay in touch with clients to understand their buying goals and schedule showings efficiently with our real estate tools. • Guide buyers through available listings, helping them narrow down choices and find the right fit. • Assist with preparing and negotiating offers, ensuring clients are well-supported throughout the closing process. • Deliver top-tier service to strengthen relationships and encourage referrals through a standout experience. • Host and coordinate weekend open houses to attract and engage with potential homebuyers. • Join clients during important milestones, including inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs. • Expand your knowledge of contracts and the home buying journey to better inform and empower clients. • Implement marketing strategies and uphold high service standards to contribute to The Emerald Group’s success. Qualifications: • The Real Estate Sales Apprentice role in Seattle, WA requires an active Washington state real estate license. Strong communication and time management skills are key to handling client interactions and coordinating appointments effectively. • Experience with real estate CRM systems and marketing tools is important, though training will be provided for new software. Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction are central to the role. • You should be self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have reliable transportation to meet clients across Seattle. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technology is essential. • Persistence, resilience, and alignment with the company’s values are highly valued. Familiarity with Seattle neighborhoods—especially areas like Capitol Hill and Ballard- is a bonus, and prior sales experience is a plus. • Strong communication skills are required, especially when navigating tough client conversations. Staying organized and managing a busy showing schedule is also critical. • Evening and weekend availability is expected. A strong work ethic, dedication to delivering top-tier service, and a willingness to grow and be coached are must-haves. Local knowledge of the Puget Sound area is a strong advantage. Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000 at plan commission
