Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process. • Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the real estate market and improve your sales techniques. • Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to attract potential buyers and sellers. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. • Utilize our tools and resources to conduct market research and provide clients with valuable insights. • Attend networking events and open houses to expand your professional connections and increase your visibility in the community. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in person and over the phone. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends and technologies. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop and execute lead generation strategies. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client interactions. • Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for market research and client communication is a plus. Compensation: $97,500 - $225,000 yearly
