Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Technology driven • Past sales experience is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Mandarin) • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree is desired • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 yearly
