Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Show a track record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads • A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed • Ability to communicate effectively • Self-motivated • Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week • Utilize and maintain your CRM • Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients • Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Be coachable • Be accountable Compensation: $129,000+ at plan yearly
