Team Resources Include: • Steady flow of buyer leads • Proven structure and full support • In-house marketing team • Two full-time administrative assistants • Dedicated listing coordinator • Accessible, involved manager • Weekly coaching and training • Ongoing skill development Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $155,000 at plan
