Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Lead follow-up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $145,000 at plan
