Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Lead follow-up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $145,000 at plan
