In this role, you’ll focus on working closely with prospective buyers, learning their needs and guiding them through each step of the home-buying journey. Your responsibilities will include engaging with incoming leads, staying consistent with follow-up, and managing a pipeline full of potential buyers. Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close buyer sales • Set appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
