    We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career. Apply now! Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Participate in the weekly team meetings • Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom • Host at least 3 open houses a month, either with another team member or on your own • Utilize Sierra International to the fullest • Consistent, continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc, through Sierra International Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Show a track record of real estate success • Board membership required Compensation: $75,000 yearly
