Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Digital or in-person open houses • Lead generation • Database campaigns • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Execute buyer consultations • Close buyer sales Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
