Responsibilities: • Work directly with clients to understand their home-buying goals and preferences • Provide expert guidance through the home search, offer, and closing process • Schedule and conduct property showings • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other agents to ensure a smooth transaction • Use our CRM and follow-up systems to stay organized and build long-term client relationships • Maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Must have an Active Real Estate license • Have 1+ Years of Real Estate experience with the ability to be a full-time real estate professional • Enjoy the prospect of new business and working with company-provided leads daily • Display high energy, a positive attitude, and lots of passion • Be a fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels • Show a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and advice Compensation: $150,000+ at plan commission
