Key responsibilities include: • Respond quickly to new buyer inquiries and leads • Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs • Schedule and conduct home showings • Educate buyers on the home-buying process • Assist clients in identifying homes that match their goals • Write and negotiate purchase offers • Communicate with lenders, title companies, and inspectors • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships • Generate business through sphere, referrals, and database • Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Past sales experience is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Tech savvy • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Active Texas Real Estate License (required) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Ability to work weekends and evenings when clients need assistance • Professional, organized, and coachable Compensation: $100,000
