A local real estate team is seeking a full-time Buyer's Agent. This person is a self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and within a team to achieve tremendous results. This person is a team player who loves a good challenge, has a very high level of integrity, and works diligently to exceed expectations. This is a person who is willing to follow set systems and procedures while having fun with colleagues and clients. Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and exceed their expectations • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends • Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on securing the best possible outcomes for clients • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their journey • Attend property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships that benefit everyone involved Qualifications: • Must have or be willing to get a real estate license quickly • Must have a valid real estate license and a personal vehicle • Must have a personal laptop & cell phone • Must be hungry & humble, meaning highly coachable and very motivated to get into action quickly • Must have a very high level of integrity and responsibility • Must share the key values of the team This is a commission-based position. There is no income ceiling! Compensation: $100,000 yearly
