Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications: • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $115,000 at plan yearly
