    We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $115,000 at plan yearly
