Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Work directly with qualified buyer leads provided by the company • Respond quickly to new inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up • Convert inbound leads into active clients through calls, texts, and appointments • Conduct buyer consultations to understand needs, timeline, and financing • Schedule and show properties that match client criteria • Guide clients through the home-buying process from initial contact to closing • Present offers, negotiate terms, and manage transactions effectively • Maintain accurate records of client communication and activity • Follow established systems, scripts, and processes for lead conversion and client management • Collaborate with lenders, title partners, and internal team members to ensure smooth closings • Stay up to date on market conditions, inventory, and pricing strategies • Meet or exceed performance expectations for appointments, contracts, and closings Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to respond quickly to leads and maintain consistent follow-up • Proven ability or strong desire to convert leads into clients • Comfortable working in a structured, system-driven environment • Coachable and open to training, scripts, and accountability • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours based on client needs • Professional appearance and attitude when working with clients • Reliable transportation for property showings • Basic technology skills (CRM systems, email, mobile apps, etc.) PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) • Previous real estate sales experience • Prior experience working with buyer clients • Track record of closed transactions • Familiarity with the local market (Tampa, Bradenton, Sarasota, Parrish) Compensation: $100,000 at plan
