Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Follow the coaching team plan Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
