Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the purchase process • Maintain strong communication from consultation to closing • Convert pre-set appointments into closed transactions • Follow proven systems using CRM and lead management tools • Deliver exceptional service that generates referrals and repeat business • Host open houses with provided leads and traffic • Stay organized with your calendar, pipeline, and follow-ups Qualifications: • Active Texas Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to production • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Coachable, driven, and results-focused • Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology • Positive, team-oriented mindset • Sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
