Added Value: • Buyer leads • Direct coaching and mentorship • Systems to boost productivity Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000 at plan
