In this role, the Buyer Agent is responsible for generating new business, converting leads into appointments, securing buyer representation agreements, and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. They conduct thorough needs analyses, identify properties that align with each client’s goals, coordinate and conduct showings, refine search criteria, prepare and negotiate offers, write contracts, and oversee transactions through a successful closing. The Buyer Agent consistently demonstrates the mindset, skills, and habits of a high-performing real estate professional. They are committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, communicating clearly, and creating win-win outcomes. They are also committed to continuous learning and growth. Okay, here is what you’ll be doing: These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high- level fiduciary needs analyses Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close Proactively select homes that meet clients’ needs, identify homes that best meet those needs, refine needs, and close to contract offers Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues Essential duties and responsibilities Oversee all aspects of buyer's transactions from initial contact to contract to close Negotiate for buyers Communications/Interactions Lead Agent – Daily Agent Team – daily Sellers/Vendors – daily Administrative “Success Team” – Daily Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills Excellent at building rapport Exceptional Communicator People-oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Pushes for solutions Great ability to focus Concerned about doing things the right way Calm under pressure Learning-based Service-based attitude Proven ability to succeed Able to build and lead a team Willing to learn scripts and dialogues College graduate, preferably with a Marketing, Management, and/or Sales degree Real estate license 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred 1–3 years of management experience preferred What You Earn We expect you to make between $ 70,000 and $ 160,000 in the first year, and between $120,000 and $170,000 in the second year. Qualifications Must have experience in the real estate industry Have an active real estate license Bachelor's degree Compensation Multiple compensation structures are available, including Base Salary + Commission OR Full Commission Profit Share eligibility Compensation: $70,000 - $160,000
