    Let's be honest, in 2021, if you could fog a mirror, you could sell a house. Maybe you obtained your license during this time, like many did. And now that the market has shifted, you don't know where to turn. Your business is down, your pipeline is dwindling, and you may be ready to "get a job". Well, before you do that, let's have a conversation. We've been in business since 2013, and through the years have built a large database of raving fans. These clients of ours, through diligent care and communication, continue to feed us business even in this slow market. This leg-up makes all the difference in the world, and right now, we have an empty seat on our bus. If you: Have at least a couple of years' worth of transaction experience (not brand new to sales or Real Estate), strong communication skills, are a self-starter, and have a desire to increase your earnings, then we'd love to talk to you. We're not looking for someone to build our business for us; we're looking for someone to take excellent care of the business we provide. We're a small and scrappy team, and unlike most in the Real Estate business today, we legitimately have more business than we can handle. Brand new agents need not apply. Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $120,000 at plan
