Responsibilities: • Full-Time Agents Only. • Engage with warm, ready-to-transact buyer leads to understand their needs and guide them through the home-buying process. • Collaborate with our Inside Sales Support team to ensure seamless appointment setting and lead qualification. • Work closely with Transaction and Listing Coordinators to manage the details of each deal, allowing you to focus on client relationships. • Leverage our in-house marketing team to enhance your personal brand and promote listings effectively. • Participate in one-on-one coaching and live training sessions to continuously improve your skills and scale your business. • Utilize our full tech suite, including CRM and automation tools, to manage leads efficiently and streamline your workflow. • Contribute to our collaborative, high-energy team culture by sharing insights and supporting fellow team members in achieving their goals. • Participate in team-building exercises designed to heighten your skills and awareness with role-play situations. Qualifications: • An active Florida Real Estate License is required to work with clients and successfully close transactions. • Demonstrated success in real estate sales, with a strong ability to guide clients through the buying process from start to finish. • Collaborates well with Inside Sales, Transaction Coordination, and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. • Proven track record of managing client relationships and closing deals successfully. • Strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction. • Proficient in using CRM systems and automation tools to effectively manage leads and optimize workflow. • Eagerness to participate in coaching and training sessions for continuous skill improvement and business scaling. • Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to ongoing learning and professional growth. Compensation: $70,000 - $185,000 yearly
