Responsibilities: • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and the seller to achieve the desired results Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License • Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Possess a valid driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
