Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $150,000+ at plan earnings
