Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Close sales • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan
