Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Close sales • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $150,000 at plan
