We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who is motivated to grow their career, serve high-end buyers, and earn rewarding commissions with hands-on support from experienced luxury mentors. As a buyer’s agent, you will guide clients through every stage of the purchase process, from initial consultation and property tours to negotiations and closing. You will provide exceptional service and create lasting client relationships while developing the skills needed to succeed in the luxury market. Responsibilities: • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000 at plan
