    Buyer’s Agent Role We’re looking for a driven Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support homebuyers throughout the entire process – from their first inquiry all the way to closing – ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. Your main goal will be to help clients find properties that match their unique needs. Responsibilities: • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Follow the team plan • Team player • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Database and CRM • Good communication • Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Ability to learn and be coachable • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan
