Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Real estate license required in order to work with clients Compensation: $160,000+ at plan commissions
