Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set buyer appointments • Incorporate listing appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
