Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. • Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with the most current and relevant property listings. • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective success. • Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. • Utilize technology and tools provided by Kittle Real Estate to streamline processes and enhance client experiences. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with clarity and empathy. • Proven track record of successful negotiation, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients. • Strong research skills to provide clients with the most current and relevant property listings. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance collective success. • Commitment to ongoing learning and attending regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends. • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Compensation: $86,000 - $195,000
