You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. We build on your existing skills to provide amazing client care from showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale. Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $75,000 - $225,000 yearly
