    Buyer’s Real Estate Agent Massachusetts and New Hampshire Leads Training Coaching Provided Chinatti Realty Group is hiring motivated Buyer’s Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for both newly licensed and experienced agents who want consistent buyer opportunities, structured training, and hands-on support to help them close more deals. At Chinatti Realty, Buyer Agents receive access to company generated buyer leads, daily appointments, and a system designed to guide clients from initial conversation to closing. You will not be expected to rely only on your sphere. Our marketing and lead generation efforts connect you with active buyers who are ready to purchase. We invest over seven figures annually in lead generation through Zillow, Realtor.com, and organic marketing. Our inside sales team helps schedule appointments directly on your calendar so you can focus on showing homes, writing offers, and converting opportunities into closings. Buyer Agents are responsible for following up with qualified leads, conducting property showings, educating clients on the home buying process, writing and negotiating offers, and guiding transactions through closing. We provide transaction coordination, coaching, and leadership support so you can stay focused on production. We stand behind our system. If you follow our process and do not secure an accepted offer within your first 90 days, we will pay you 500 dollars. This is not a sign on bonus. It is a system built for accountability and results. Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
