Compensation: Commission-Based Work Location: In person Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Work directly with qualified buyer leads provided by our team • Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs and budgets • Schedule and conduct property showings • Help clients evaluate properties and submit competitive offers • Guide buyers through negotiations, conditions, and closing • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and active clients • Use our CRM to manage and nurture leads Qualifications: Requirements • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Ontario (RECO License required) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to convert and nurture buyer leads • Self-driven with strong time management • Reliable transportation for property showings • Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
