We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget What You’ll Do • Meet with ready-to-act buyers to understand their goals, budget, and must-haves • Show homes and guide clients through every step of the home-buying process • Write, negotiate, and manage purchase agreements with confidence • Provide trusted advice on financing, budgeting, and property options • Communicate consistently to ensure clients feel informed and cared for throughout Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • An established track record of successful real estate sales • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car What We’re Looking For • Active Florida Real Estate License (or in progress) • 1+ year of experience preferred but not required • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Driven, organized, and committed to top-tier service • Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license Compensation: $75,000+ Per Year Commission + Bonuses
