Responsibilities: • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Valid Real Estate License Compensation: $112,000+ commission yearly
