Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Valid Real Estate License Required Compensation: $120,000+
