Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Deliver a luxury-level client experience from first contact to closing Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is essential. • Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and listing agents, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. • Proficiency in creating and managing essential real estate documents, such as purchase agreements and closing statements. • Ability to deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience from initial contact through to closing, fostering long-term relationships. Compensation: $105,000 - $132,500 yearly
